01Parties, scope, and acceptance
These Terms of Use are between the operator that provides the Hamleon-branded game site to end users and each person who creates an account, uses guest access, or otherwise uses the services. “Platform” includes the website, game client, rooms, tables, chat, tournaments, store, support, and account features.
Accepting at registration means that you have read and agreed to the current version. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable legal protections remain unaffected.
02Eligibility and accounts
Account information must be accurate, current, and yours. Users who lack legal capacity to contract independently may use the service only with the permission and supervision of their legal representative. You may not create an account for someone else or sell, rent, or transfer an account.
Usernames, profile images, and profile content must not infringe third-party rights, impersonate another person, or create a false impression of official authority.
03Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, signing out on shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. The platform may terminate sessions or require renewed verification for sensitive actions such as password resets and email changes.
Activity through your account is treated as yours until unauthorised use is reported. Contact the support centre if you suspect compromise.
04The service and availability
The platform is an entertainment service offering social table games with no real-money winnings, together with community features. Available games, room capacity, table rules, tournament schedules, and features may vary by licence and operator configuration.
All or part of the service may be restricted temporarily for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical failure, or force majeure. Planned work is announced in the app where reasonably possible.
05Fair play and acceptable use
You must play through your own account and make your own decisions. You must not:
- use bots, automation, macros, unauthorised clients, traffic manipulation, or software that creates an unfair advantage;
- join one table with multiple accounts, collude, share hidden game information, or arrange results;
- exploit defects, payments, promotions, tournaments, or the virtual economy;
- disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, attempt unauthorised access, or bypass security controls;
- post harassment, threats, hate speech, personal data, spam, fraud, or unlawful content.
See the Fair-Play Principles for more detail.
06Jetons, virtual items, and VIP
Jetons, cosmetics, emoji packs, frames, and VIP access grant rights for use only inside the platform. They are not electronic money, deposits, investments, or real currency; they cannot be transferred outside the platform or redeemed for cash.
A virtual item is a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence. If an account is closed or permanently restricted for cause, unused virtual value has no cash equivalent except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
07Purchases, delivery, and renewal
Before purchase, the confirmation screen displays the product’s main features, total price, currency, taxes, duration, any automatic renewal, and payment method. Payment may be completed on an authorised provider’s secure page.
Jetons and digital items are credited after the provider verifies payment. VIP applies for the stated term. If automatic renewal is offered, you can disable it in account settings without ending the already-paid period.
08Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Legal exceptions may apply to jetons and virtual items delivered instantly in electronic form after prior notice and consent, and to digital services begun before the withdrawal period expires with the consumer’s consent.
Duplicate or incorrect charges, undelivered products, defective digital services, and other legally refundable cases are reviewed through the support centre. Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Jetons lost through game results, used cosmetics, and completed tournament entries are not by themselves grounds for a refund.
09Tournaments and prizes
The game, start time, capacity, open-table format, entry fee, and prize pool are shown before entry. Participation is subject to the tournament record and available capacity. Only registered entrants may play at tournament tables; disconnections are completed through the game lifecycle using temporary takeover or a recorded result.
If the platform cancels an event or invalidates a result, entry fees and prizes are corrected from tournament records. Disputes about final standings should be submitted with the table and approximate time.
10Content and intellectual property
The platform software, interfaces, artwork, copy, brands, and data arrangement are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive only a limited right of personal, non-commercial access.
You retain rights in content you submit to profiles, chat, or support. You grant the operator a service-limited licence to display, store, moderate, and technically transmit it, including through service providers. Unlawful content may be removed.
11Moderation, restrictions, and appeals
Violations and security risks may lead to content removal, chat restrictions, suspension of game or store access, reversal of jeton or prize transactions, and temporary or permanent account closure. Measures reflect the severity, repetition, and safety impact of the conduct.
Where an appeal is available, submit your reasons and relevant records through the support centre. Where practical, a person other than the original decision-maker reviews the appeal.
12Liability
The platform applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to provide a secure, available, and record-consistent service. To the extent allowed by mandatory law, it is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet access, user devices, third-party payment or email providers, or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intent, gross negligence, unlawful personal-data processing, or mandatory consumer protection.
13Changes, governing law, and disputes
These terms may change when the service, law, or security requirements change. Material changes are notified before taking effect and renewed acceptance is requested where required. Earlier transactions remain governed by the version in force when they occurred.
Turkish law applies. Consumers may use the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court subject to current jurisdiction and monetary thresholds. Other disputes are heard by the courts and enforcement offices competent under applicable law.
14Contact
Send account, payment, content, sanction, and legal notices to the operator through the support centre. Privacy requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
