Fair-play principles
Server validation, ratings, prohibited conduct, and result-review procedures.

01The server is authoritative
Dealing, dice, turn order, clocks, move legality, and settlement run on the server. The browser only displays authorised state and submits move requests. Results come from server-finalised table state, not the client display.
02Randomness and game records
Random elements are produced server-side; player clients cannot choose tiles, cards, or dice. Table lifecycle, participants, results, and jeton movements are connected in transaction records for review.
03Rating and league
New accounts begin at 1,200. Completed rated results adjust rating according to outcome and opponent strength. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Master are rating bands, not purchased memberships.
04Prohibited conduct
Bots, macros, same-table multi-accounting, hidden-information sharing, arranged results, defect or economy abuse, disruption, threats, and harassment are prohibited.
- Suspicious conduct may be reviewed from automated signals, user reports, or staff review.
- A single signal is not automatically a final sanction; table and account context is assessed.
- Rating, jetons, prizes, or standings obtained through unfair advantage may be reversed.
05Moderation and transparency
Staff permissions are role-based and critical actions enter an audit trail. Public rankings show only profile fields enabled for visibility. Email, account IDs, payment details, and private messages never appear in leaderboards.
06Result review and appeal
Send the game, room or table, and approximate time through the support centre. Reviewers assess server results, connectivity, participants, and the audit trail and correct rankings or economy records where needed.
